MERIH STAINLESS, located in Istanbul, Turkey, has earned a solid reputation as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of top-notch welding electrodes, particularly AWS Class E316/316L-16 electrodes, catering to clients in Da Nang, Vietnam. With a strong emphasis on precision and dependability, MERIH STAINLESS guarantees that its products adhere to international standards, delivering outstanding performance even in the toughest conditions. The company skillfully blends cutting-edge manufacturing methods with strict quality control to produce electrodes that ensure consistent weld quality, remarkable corrosion resistance, and an extended service life. Their commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has made them a go-to choice for industrial and construction welding projects around the globe.
AWS Class E316/316L-16 electrodes are primarily made from austenitic stainless steel, featuring a high chromium content (16–18%) and nickel content (10–14%), with an added boost of molybdenum (2–3%) for enhanced corrosion resistance. These electrodes boast impressive mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of about 580–750 MPa and an elongation of 35–45%, along with outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. They offer stable arc characteristics, minimal spatter, and excellent weldability on both carbon steel and stainless steel surfaces. Their microstructure guarantees toughness, ductility, and reliable performance even in high temperatures and harsh chemical environments, making them perfect for creating durable, high-integrity welds.
