Stainless Steel 304L coils are primarily made up of iron, featuring 18–20% chromium and 8–12% nickel, along with a very low carbon content (≤0.03%). This low carbon level not only improves weldability but also minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation during welding. The material showcases a tensile strength ranging from about 485–620 MPa, a yield strength of 170–275 MPa, and an impressive elongation of 40% or more.
