MERIH STAINLESS, located in Istanbul, Turkey, stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Stainless Steel 321 Bars, specifically crafted for high-temperature and corrosive environments. These bars are celebrated for their durability, strength, and impressive resistance to intergranular corrosion. Each bar is meticulously produced to meet international quality standards. The addition of titanium stabilizes the Stainless Steel 321 Bars, preventing carbide precipitation and ensuring they perform reliably even in extreme thermal conditions. MERIH STAINLESS caters to various industries, including chemical processing, petrochemical, aerospace, power generation, and automotive, delivering dependable bar products that fulfill the rigorous demands of contemporary industrial applications.
Stainless Steel 321 Bars are austenitic stainless steels that contain 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium as a stabilizing agent. The titanium not only enhances resistance to intergranular corrosion but also shines during high-temperature exposure. On the mechanical side, these bars boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and exceptional creep and stress-rupture resistance. They maintain their toughness, ductility, and dimensional stability even under prolonged high-temperature service. With their good weldability and machinability, Stainless Steel 321 Bars are ideal for both structural and high-temperature applications.
