Stainless Steel 321 Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy that includes 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium for stabilization. This stabilization helps avoid carbide precipitation and shields against intergranular corrosion during extended high-temperature use. On the mechanical side, the tubing boasts a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and impressive toughness even at elevated temperatures. It also shows good resistance to creep and stress-rupture, high oxidation resistance up to 870°C, and excellent weldability, making it ideal for piping, tubing, and heat-resistant applications in challenging environments.
