The AWS Class E316LT0-1/T0-4 is a rutile flux-cored wire that contains 18–21% Chromium, 11–14% Nickel, and 2–3% Molybdenum, all while maintaining a low carbon content (≤0.04%) to boost resistance against intergranular corrosion. It boasts impressive mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of ≥570 MPa, yield strength of ≥400 MPa, and elongation of ≥30%. The inclusion of molybdenum enhances resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, particularly in chloride-rich environments. This wire creates a soft arc with minimal spatter, easy slag removal, and smooth welds in flat and horizontal positions, making it perfect for applications that demand high deposition rates, productivity, and corrosion resistance.
E316LT0-1/T0-4 dual shield flux cored wire, available in sizes from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, provides excellent corrosion resistance. Ideal for welding stainless steel with enhanced arc stability and weld quality.
E316LT0-1/T0-4 self-shielded flux cored wire, ranging from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, ensures reliable corrosion resistance. Suitable for welding stainless steel without additional shielding gases, offering robust performance.
E316LT0-1/T0-4 flux cored arc welding wire, available in sizes from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, guarantees high corrosion resistance. Ideal for stainless steel welding with consistent quality and high deposition rates.
