The E309LT1-1/T1-4 wire is formulated with about 23–25% Chromium, 12–15% Nickel, and a low carbon content (≤0.04%) to enhance resistance against carbide precipitation and intergranular corrosion. Additionally, it includes molybdenum to boost pitting corrosion resistance. This wire works well with both 100% CO₂ shielding gas (T1-1) and mixed shielding gases (T1-4), providing flexibility for various welding scenarios. Its mechanical properties are impressive, featuring a tensile strength of ≥550 MPa, yield strength of ≥380 MPa, and elongation of ≥30%. The rutile flux system guarantees smooth arc behavior and straightforward slag removal, especially in flat and horizontal positions.
E309LT1-1/T1-4 dual shield flux cored wire, available in sizes from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, offers excellent corrosion resistance. Ideal for welding dissimilar metals with superior arc stability and performance.
E309LT1-1/T1-4 self-shielded flux cored wire, ranging from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, provides reliable corrosion resistance. Suitable for welding dissimilar metals without additional shielding gases, ensuring robust weld quality.
E309LT1-1/T1-4 flux cored arc welding wire, available in sizes from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, ensures high corrosion resistance. Ideal for welding dissimilar metals with consistent performance and high deposition rates.
